Privacy and personal data processing policy

This policy applies to personal data Finmobil receives through this website, the email address info@finmobilsas.com and its business meetings. It complies with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 in Colombia, and with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

2. Data we process
Identification and contact data you provide: name, title, institution, email address, phone number, country and indicative investment amount. We do not request sensitive data through this website.
3. Purposes
To respond to your requests; schedule meetings; send you information you have requested about investment or partnership opportunities; evaluate business relationships with investors and originators; and comply with legal obligations, including know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering requirements. If we ever wish to use your data for a different purpose, we will ask for your authorization again.
4. Authorization
You authorize the processing by checking the corresponding box on our forms or by emailing us with your details. You may revoke this authorization at any time.
5. Your rights
You may access, update, correct and delete your data; request proof of your authorization; be informed of how your data has been used; revoke your authorization; and file complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). In Mexico, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) and contact the competent data protection authority.
6. How to exercise your rights
Email info@finmobilsas.com with the subject “Personal data”, stating your name, your request and how we should reply. Inquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and complaints within fifteen (15) business days, extendable as permitted by law. Requests are handled by General Management.
7. Processors and transfers
To operate this website and our email, we use technology providers that may store information on servers outside Colombia and Mexico, including in the United States. These providers act on our instructions and with appropriate security measures. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
8. Cookies
This website uses only the technical cookies needed for it to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
9. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. We keep it for as long as the relationship or purpose for which it was collected continues, and for any period required by law.
10. Changes to this policy
We will publish any changes on this page. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
